New Review From Closer To (our) Home

We continue to gather some nice nuggets for "3".
This just in from an Emmy award-winning audio engineer and sound designer here in Michigan

"Your CD (3) is great! The song-writing is powerful. I've listened to it four times start to finish.
I can't remember the last time I did that for a new album."

"3" Review from South of the Border

Thanks to Roberto Lupercia who produces ROCK EVOLUCION, a progressive music radio how in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. http://www.myspace.com/rockevolucion. His comments on receiving a copy of "3":

"The CD arrived... I will schedule it for airplay in the next weeks.
I have been (listening to) it during the day, and I found the great elements from 70's and 80's hard rock, prog, classic and pompous rock, excellent !!! I found the copy of "Still Standing" that you send us some years ago for airplay. A great album too."

Thanks Roberto - from your lips to all your listener's ears.

A Beautiful Prayer Resurfaces

Wow... I thought I lost this. I did not write it, but I do want to live it.

BEAUTIFUL PRAYER....

I asked God to take away my habit.
God said, No.
It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.
God said, No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary

I asked God to grant me patience.
God said, No.
Patience is a byproduct of tribulations;
it isn't granted, it is learned.

I asked God to give me happiness.
God said, No.
I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No.
Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares
and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said, No.
You must grow on your own! ,
but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said, No.
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.

I ask God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said...Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.

THIS DAY IS YOURS DON'T THROW IT AWAY

"3" Review from within our borders

Thanks to our first US reviewer of the new "3" CD. We are humbled by the reception to what is a labor of love from the boys in the band. Take a look (and thanks Joe for your kind words):

I listened to the CD 3, straight thru 4 times. What I heard was hard work, sweat, few tears, and true passion for music.
Your band Sweet Crystal is a true talent. The song "Got to get you into my life" sounds like it was nothing but fun to do, and finding a track to put on the cd was tuff. I am loading into my Ipod.
Thank you. One day I will pop in on a gig. Keep it fun and pure from the heart.
Nice collection of work I know it took a lot of time to make a finish package.
